I was suffering from severe weight gain in the past 1 year with no clue as to why it was so. I never used to eat junk food and had 3 proper meals on a daily basis; I had no problem with my thyroid level as well. My friends suggested me to go to gym. I was a bit apprehensive about the options suggested, since I did not know how effective it was to hit the gym.
One day when I was accessing the chihealth portal, I came across the dietician who was available online. I had contacted her and was asked to track my food intake for a week along with my exercise and daily work out. After analysis, I understood that I did not have a proper intake of fruits and vegetables. Being a foodie, I cannot undergo crash diet courses. Luckily for me, I was actually encouraged to have 5-6 small meals, instead of 3 large ones. There were minor modifications introduced in my work out regime. Though initially there was not much result, now after around 6 months of following the instructions and guidance provided, I see I have lost few kgs and there is a steady decrease of weight (not a drastic decrease) and hence I feel I am on the right track. Walking towards a goal, that too when the goal is losing weight, is heck of a job. I decided to lose weight in June 2011. I joined gym, and started working out for 80 minutes a day. Initially I thought if I compliment my workout with a very low calorie diet, my result would be great. So I started taking only chapattis!!!! Fortunately, within a week, I met Vandana dietician of ChiHealth and she explained me how important it is to have a balanced diet. I just felt she has a point and started following her suggestions. My dietician had planned a proper balanced diet which was not a strict diet at all. After 6 months, i.e. in the month of December, when I checked my weight, I was 11 Kgs lesser... ? I have been health conscious for a long time but somehow was not in the best of health in spite of keeping a check on my eating habits coupled with regular brisk walks. Itís been quite a worthy of spending a time in exploring the health content on your site and getting consultation in managing my diet.

Itís an absolutely turn around to my understanding on a role of correct proportion of nutrition intake in achieving health goal for body sculpting. I got indulged in to doing 30mins daily work out almost 6months ago to get back in to shape as I started feeling deterioration in an energy level whenever I came in contact of sports activities. And it gave me spark to work towards myself Ė my health immediately.

The more I started giving time towards my fitness I started noticing improvement but somehow the results of my work-outs were stuck with tummy fat and muscle growth was going at snail speed.

I would like to Thank you and Chihealth for your assistance to many of us here at HP who are interested in a healthy lifestyle but didnít really know how to go about it.

Chihealth has helped me achieve my desired results. I am an active person and I work out regularly. At the same time I am a foodie. Food makes me happy but I do know that food should be consumed appropriately. I never over eat nor do I lead an unhealthy lifestyle. I realized I needed to shape up and tone my body fat and did not find time to work out at the gym, one day decided to log in to the Chi Health website and then I seen a chat window Ė Dietician is available to chat . I started chatting with Kirti who is an amazing person so patient and friendly I had to track my food habits for a week and general details and then I was given a diet to follow for a month and the goal was to lose weight Ė 2kgs. I was 56.4 when I started tracking and after 2 months sticking to the diet as much as I could with a little deviations I tracked I was able to lose weight and feel much healthier and fit than ever.

The diet prescribed was not difficult to follow and I stuck to it and now I weigh 51.6 J . When I started consulting Kirti, my objective was to get rid of some extra flabs that I had gained due to frequent dine outs.

This is a very good programme and it helped me lose over 10 kilos in 3-4 months without much difficulty. The diet and the exercises prescribed are easy to follow. I am very thankful to Archana (Counselor) from the Chihealth as after the Diet Plan prescribed by her to me I started to lose my weight and have an ideal goal related to my health. I can say I am the one among those 100's of people we are benefited from ChiHealth.
Before, I was under wrong assumption that to reduce weight we should completely avoid rice and should eat less.
You are the one who suggested realistic diet plan which helped me to follow healthy diet style.
Website is quite user-friendly. Only sometimes I get problem in displaying page.
Otherwise contents covered are really good. I have gone through each and every article which is really helpful.
I am happy with the result. Earlier I was overweight now I come under normal category. My BMI reduced from 25 to 23.

ChiHealth is doing really good, I mean it's tough to maintain the proper diet in our busy life and most of the time we are not even aware of many things. We eat lot of things sometimes by having wrong mentality that it is good for health but by doing this we call lot of problems to our health. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Please find my feedback. I registered for ChiHealth with the goal to reduce weight and after two months I see many improvement in myself. I have lost weight following the diet prescribed and exercise. The diet is also helping to be fit and healthy. Maintaining good health will reduce the risk of health problems. I came to know the importance of vegetables and fruits, especially vegetables. I was a person who was not fond of vegetables, but that has changed now.

ChiHealth system is really good. It has many features like trackers, Exercise Finder, etc. By tracking the food we'll get to know the calories in them. This creates awareness and cautiousness.

Exercise Finder has exercises with pictures and videos. This helps an individual to follow the exercises correctly.The overall GUI is also very effective and pleasing.

My personal experience has been good and very positive with this program.

All along, I was aware that I need to look into my diet but the pain of dieting always scared me to undertake any steps in this direction. However, this program made be conscious about it and has encouraged me to give a shot for managing my weight. It has also helped me clear some of the misunderstanding about weight control.

I tried my level best to reduce my weight which was 61 which was very high for my height which is 5.2' .That time I felt this is my constant weight and it will not reduce below 60.But I was completely wrong till the time I came across Wipro's http://wipro.happypregnancy.in site. This is really a good effort and home remedies is really informative. The site captures almost all required health data. I would suggest to allocate one doctor (online) to each employee and whenever this employee has clarifications he can consult with specific doctor alone. Probably we can have 2-3 doctor for each specific location (online) say EC-4, CDC-2.

I have now been a member of ChiHealth for the past 2-3 months and I have been very motivated to stay on with its prescriptions and suggestions because of the way the whole concept of health advice is handled by the group.

Being somebody out of the country but still having a requirement where, I cannot as such, consult a private dietitian every time, its programs and methods are simple and effective. There is a lot of knowledge store in this menu options in terms of food tracking in which a person comes to know what combination of food items give you the calories.


The counseling interactions with the health expert are quite effective and beneficial. Most of all the queries that I have posed have been addressed satisfactorily. There are advices which have been so new to me that I felt I was on a incorrect diet for a long time although thinking actually that I was on a healthy diet, I wish I had known better.

The exercise prescription would have been difficult to understand for me given the fact that I am far away, however the presence of video's in the prescription is clear and illustrative.

However I think the greatest advantage of the programs will be when my weight loss plateaus and when it becomes difficult to loose weight.

I am happy with the association with ChiHealth up to this point and am looking for more health benefits from the same.

I registered on ChiHealth about 3 to 4 months back with an objective on losing about 5 kgs of weight and 2 inches off my waist. I opted for the premium services plan and had to track my diet for a week. I was recommended a diet based on my eating habits and was asked to follow it for a month. During this one month, i had to track each and every deviation that I did in terms of not following the recommended diet. This option is really good if you do it sincerely you realise a lot of things about yourself and also yoru eating habits.. i always thought that i did not overeat or eat things that i'am not supposed to for emotional reasons but there is an option where in you need to write reasons for which you deviated from the recommended diet.. i found lot of occasions where i had done it for emotional reasons.. that was a big eye opener for me..

After following the diet for a month and getting used to it.. i have been recommended with an exercise plan complete with video demonstrations of how to do it.. and it has really helped me.. i have been able to lose 3.5 kgs till now and also about 1.5 inches off my waist..
