hi am 22 yrs old, and now in 68 kgs.., i have been advised to reduce 15 kgs and i want to reduce days even i didnt get menstruation cycle regularly.

Two things will help you.
1)eat reqularly
2)exercise regularly

Eat at the right time. Eat very slowly and stop as soon as your stomach gives signal that your tummy is full.

spend atleast 30 minutes a day for excercise. even if it is a light one, it will do a lot good

- Consult the dietician here only and get a proper diet plan. Follow that religiously and you will definetly see the difference.
- Start using stairs where ever possible. That is very effective
-drink lots of water, have fruits between the meals and salad (like 1 cucumber , 1 tomatoa) with your meal.
- start doing light exercise either its small walk, climbing stairs.

Hello,

Following things will help you:-

1) Eat in small amounts at regurlar intervals. Please include raw vegetables & citric fuits.
2) Exercise regularly atleast half an hr daily.
3) Drink butter milk
3) Drink green tea twice a day (its a must :))
