Hi There,

I am at the age of 29 & single. I need to manage my weight which is now 62 kg. Please suggest if any tips.

62 might be a good weight for you, check the weight / height chart and +/- upto 5 KG is fine.  Every 'body' is unique, 'listen' to that and workout your exercise and food plan with guidance from the respective experts.

Play a sport you like and exhaust yourself at least twice in a week

Healthy Diet with at least 1 hour of work out (doesnt matter if it is sports of gym) is alone sufficient to manage your weight.


 


For gym make sure, you do not try to build muscle , otherwise once your body is used to high muscles and the required diet, you will face problem once you stop gym.


 


Light excercise & Cardio should be enough in Gym.


 


Else, if you play some sport regularly - it is "the best".


 


Dont forget about the Healthy Diet Plan as well.
