Drink water more for example 3 to 5 liters a day...
Physical activity atleast for 30 to 45 min every day....
avoid oily foods,junk foods,pickles...
Consume fruit salads,juices,nuts,boiled egg,vegetables,sprouts,etc..every day....
Follow perfect diet..
Dont skip breakfast(Eat like a king)....
consume dinner like a beggar....
Green Tea twice a day without milk and sugar...
Continue doing this u will look a change in you with in a week....

Eat little at a time but eat more number of times. We Indians have a very bad habit of eating 3/4 large meals. That is very bad, so eat 5-6 times a day but little every time. With this u will increase your metabolism too.
Again whatever is said above is very true. Best is if u eat all fruits/veggies at dinner. But eat these in a large amount as you will be without food for the next 10-12 hrs.
Do exercise more, if you can for 2 hrs or more but always remember what your body can sustain. Never try to start intense workouts at first. Increase your intensity as you go. Later you will love doing it....

Hi, ive been trying to find a solution to this problem and theres something that I tried and it worked for me (if not 100%, atleast 20%).

1. cut down all junk food
2. clean your liver.
to reduce fat, your metabolism should increase and for that to happen, your liver should be fine. Lime is gud for cleaning the liver. have lemon juice daily.

Start with a small step and later you can increase the list
