I have a severe dry sking since my birth,
I have used all kind of moisturisers and other medications but still same,no change in it.
Suggest me some tips or diets to get normal healthy skin.

Hi ,
1)Please have nuts like almonds,walnuts, lentils, fish, curd, citrus fruits, dark green leafy vegetables.
2)Please have adequate fluids like water, fresh fruit juices, coconut water, buttermilk.
3)Please include exercise on a daily basis.
