Please suggest a ideal food chart for working woman with tight schedule (8 to 8 duty) without help. Allergic to milk. Non-vegetarian.

It would be a good idea to consult a dietitian who would help you. Just to give you a few tips:

1. Organise your work well to balanced between home and office.

2. Plan your week's menu well in advance so that things get easier.

3. Try to simplify things rather than doing it in an ellaborate way.

4. Try to get some help from family members or a servant maid in cooking etc. so that you can make some time ofr yourself.
